Great Service for My Fur Babies!

I also regularly use their food delivery for Barnaby's Black Hawk Adult Chicken dry food; it's always on time and means one less thing to worry about. Loved the pet daycare!

I used Mad Paws for pet daycare for my puppy, and it was fantastic! I was a bit nervous leaving her, but the sitter was so kind and sent me updates and pictures throughout the day. I've used both. Mad Paws feels a bit more Aussie focused, if that makes sense. Rover is huge globally. For pet sitting, they're pretty comparable in terms of finding sitters, but the insurance stuff might be slightly different. Worth checking their specific policies.

They do have something called Accident Cover, I think? It's for emergencies. Definitely read up on it on their site to see what it actually covers, but it's there as a backup.

Yeah, they have some kind of cover. I remember seeing it mentioned. It's not full-on pet insurance but helps with vet bills if something happens during the booking. Your sitter should also tell you their plan if your pet gets sick.

I think most of the first-time user codes are usually for the main services like sitting or walking. Not sure if they apply to grooming or the food delivery stuff, you'd have to try it out or check the T&Cs of the specific code.

I've only ever seen them for the boarding or walking. Might be worth checking the fine print on the coupon, sometimes they're specific. Afaik, the grooming is a bit of a separate service.
